Jim's Canadian Sunset

Jim's Canadian Sunset

Oh my gosh! Look at the flower on this episcia! It is just gorgeous! I purchased this episcia about a year ago and it keeps growing like crazy. I have one very large Mother plant and over one hundred medium to small starters! But none of them have bloomed until now. If you don’t have this episcia in your collection it’s time to get one. I have starters up for bid right now on ebay.

Below is a closer look of the flower

Jim's Lemon Zest

Jim's Lemon Zest

This is a very unusual and beautiful episcia. I can see why it was named Lemon Zest. It blooms red/orange flowers; but the foliage is what makes this episcia so lovely to look at at. Very easy to grow and propagate. Below are starter plants of Jim’s Lemon Zest.

Episcia Raspberry Parade

Episcia Raspberry Parade

This episcia looks just like the name! It has beautiful leaves that have a Raspberry hue and the blooms are a bright red/orange color. The name of this episcia is Raspberry parade and so beautiful. Episcias love warm temperatures! They grow really well under a covered patio. Below is a picture of  a small starter of episcia raspberry parade.

Episcia Butter Oak

Another Beautiful episcia. The leaves are  quilted velvety green with silver veins with a deep mauve hue overlay.  This is must have to add to your episcia collection. It is one of my favorite ones. The flowers are a red/orange color.

Thad's Diamond Dust

Thad's Diamond Dust

All of my Episcias have been growing like crazy this winter! I just couldn’t believe it. All of them bloomed and we even had rolling black outs during the winter for two days and they survived! Did I mention it was below freezing on those two days! This episcia is so pretty I can’t stand it! The name of this episcia  is Thads Diamond Dust.

Episcia Thad's Diamond Dust

Below are full grown plants of Thad’s Diamond Dust. They have been growing outside in this 100+ degree weather here in Texas, as you can see in the picture they are very large episcias! The Bright filtered sun light they get has given them a more pick hue on the leaves. The ones above with lighter leaves were growing under the lights during the winter. Ether way its a beautiful episcia!
